In all cases, IdentifyUS will notify you if your name or email address is shared with one of our affiliated partners.

We collect and log the IP address (an identification number associated with your computer) of all visitors to Identify.us.com. This allows us to administer our system to gather aggregate information about how our Site is being used.
IdentifyUS may provide advertising on our sites to other entities. Furthermore, we may offer you the opportunity to contact other service providers through our Site. These links are provided as a service to you. We will not divulge your information to other entities without your permission. To remain independent, we do not offer endorsements of third party pest control products or services. IdentifyUS may offer specific products for resale that help and assist us in the identification process or that assist you in the collection and forwarding of physical samples/specimens to IdentifyUS.
4. Privacy of submitted information
IdentifyUS strives to ensure that any personal information that you provide to us via this Site will remain as secure as possible. Accordingly, we use all reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access by use of a secure firewall and a security infrastructure to protect the integrity and privacy of such personal information. As an additional security measure, your personal information is also encrypted during transmission by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption software. Encryption is a common method used to transmit sensitive data across the Internet. Encryption temporarily makes the text unreadable during the time it is being transmitted over the Internet. Please note, that for encryption to work, your browser must support at least this level of compatibility. Not all versions of all browsers have 128-bit encryption capability; you will have to download the upgrade for that level of encryption.
