Also please note that this is a fee based service since we work diligently to identify specimens and images that you send to us. You can attach images to your Help & Support request if you would like us to make an identification based on an image alone, or you can fill out and send us a Specimen Evaluation Form along with your sample (preferred method when sending in physical specimens).
Upon receipt of payment, we will provide you with the detailed results of our investigation and analysis of your sample. Payment is fast, secure and easy using either PayPal or a major credit card. You can send cash, checks or money orders with specimens delivered by mail or courier. IdentifyUS will invoice you promptly so that you have a record of payment.
